Mechanical Design Engineer Intern – Full Time / Part Time
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced engineers on real-world industrial and material handling products.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong interest in mechanical design and product development
- Enthusiastic learners with less experience are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor
- Exposure to CAD modules like Sheet Metal, Casting/Machining, Electrical, and Hydraulics (plus)
- Basic understanding of design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute to ongoing projects
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and refining mechanical designs under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support documentation of engineering requirements and designs
- Learn and apply industry best practices in mechanical design
- Participate in project discussions and contribute ideas for design improvements
- Gain practical experience in material handling and industrial product design
