Fair Market Value (FMV) Lower monthly payments with flexible end-of-term options. Customer may return equipment, renew lease, or purchase at fair market value.

Adjustable Advantage Reduced monthly payments based on a 60-month lease, with an evaluation and adjustment option at 36 months.

Standard Purchase Option (SPO) Similar to FMV structure but includes a pre-stated purchase or buy-out amount prior to lease completion.

Dollar Buyout Option ($1 Buyout) Customer gains full ownership of the equipment for $1 at the end of the lease term and benefits from depreciation advantages.

Long-Term Rental (LTR) No capital investment required. Term ranges from 12 to 72 months. Equipment typically not recorded as liability. Maintenance may be included.
