Preventive Maintenance Plans
Bronze Plan – Basic Preventive
- Quarterly or 250 Hrs visits whichever is first
- Fluid changes & Lubrication at recommended intervals
- Oil Filter replacement (Free with Bronze Plan & Genius Lifts only)
- Visual inspection of critical components
- Service repair calls – $125 per Hr (standard $175 per Hr)
- Basic safety check
- Cost: $150 for per visit plus parts (For non-Genius Lifts branded equipment and Genius Lifts truck NOT under Warranty)
- Cost: $120 (for Electric), $125 (for Propane) per visit plus parts (For Genius Lifts truck under Warranty)
Silver Plan – Comprehensive Preventive
Everything in Bronze, plus:
- Brake inspection and adjustment
- Hydraulic system inspection
- Battery check (for electric forklifts)
- Annual 95-point inspection
- Cost: $250 per one yearly visit + Bronze Plan cost (For non-Genius Lifts branded equipment and Genius Lifts truck NOT under Warranty)
- Cost: $180 per one yearly visit + Bronze Plan cost (For Genius Lifts truck under Warranty)
Gold Plan – Total Care
Everything in Silver, plus:
- Priority service response (quicker response time)
- Annual operator training refresh
- Loaner equipment at 20% discounted price during off-site repairs
- Cost: $300/year per truck + Silver Plan cost (For Genius Lifts truck NOT under Warranty)
- Cost: $250/year per truck + Silver Plan cost (For Genius Lifts truck under Warranty)
