OSHA-Compliant Online Training for Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, Pallet Jacks, and Telehandlers

At Genius Lifts, safety and compliance are at the heart of every operation. We recommend OSHA-approved online certification and safety training courses for operators of forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and telehandlers. These courses provide formal instruction required by OSHA, along with instant certificates and wallet cards where applicable.

You can purchase any of the below courses directly from OSHA Education Center:

Forklift Certification Course

Forklifts, or Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), are essential equipment for transporting heavy cargo on job sites. OSHA requires all forklift operators to complete formal instruction, hands-on training, and an operator evaluation.

This fully online course complies with OSHA General Industry and Construction standards and covers the required training topics for Class I–Class VII forklifts. The two-hour program includes a downloadable certificate and a printable wallet card upon completion.

Aerial & Scissor Lifts Online Course

Aerial and scissor lifts are widely used across construction and industrial work sites. These lifts come in multiple types and require proper awareness of hazards, stability, and safe operation.

This OSHA-compliant awareness-level course meets training requirements under OSHA standard 1926.454. It teaches safe operating procedures but does not provide an OSHA-accepted certification card.

Pallet Jack Safety Training & Certification

Become a certified electric pallet jack operator with OSHA-approved online training. This course covers operating procedures, accident prevention, stability, and both electric and manual pallet jack safety.

Includes module quizzes, final exam, immediate certificate download, and a three-year valid certification card accepted in all states.

Telehandler Safety Training & Certification

Telehandlers (also known as zoom booms or reach forklifts) require OSHA-compliant formal instruction and operator evaluation. This online certification program meets OSHA standards and includes all required safety and operation procedures.

The two-hour course provides an official telehandler certification card, acceptable nationwide.
