Warranty Plans

A strong forklift warranty is critical for protecting your investment, reducing unexpected downtime, and controlling long-term operating costs. Comprehensive warranty coverage ensures faster repairs, predictable maintenance expenses, and long-term reliability—especially for high-value components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and structural frames.

Compared to the forklift industry standard—where most manufacturers offer 12 months to 24 months limited coverage with restricted parts and labor—GENIUS LIFTS stands out with extended, multi-year coverage on critical systems. The availability of up to 5 years on key electric drivetrain and structural components and up to 7 years on batteries (when applicable) exceeds typical industry offerings, delivering greater peace of mind, lower total cost of ownership, and stronger long-term value for customers.
